Innovation Facilitator

Responsibilities

• Facilitate innovation workshops, bootcamps, design thinking sessions, and entrepreneurship programs.
• Guide participants through ideation, problem-solving, and innovation methodologies.
• Coordinate innovation events, challenges, hackathons, and startup activities.
• Design innovation frameworks, learning materials, toolkits, and workshop content.
• Engage with participants, mentors, trainers, and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.
• Track participant engagement, collect feedback, and prepare impact reports for management.
• Research emerging innovation trends, technologies, and best practices to develop interactive exercises.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in innovation programs, entrepreneurship, training, or startup ecosystems.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, or group activities.
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Business Model Canvas.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
