About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts across DYFJ and ACS units to identify and facilitate improvement across the division
- Build and maintain working relationships within ACS divisions and with external stakeholders
- Conduct organizational research and data analysis to develop and communicate strategic recommendations
- Evaluate existing processes and implement improvement using digital tools and technology
- Analyze data to produce work products including data dashboards, visualizations, and interactive graphics
- Contribute to business development efforts including identifying grants and preparing proposals
- Design infographics and visual materials outlining processes, procedures, and training content
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
- OR High school graduation and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities
- OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of one year of experience related to the duties described
