About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate efforts across DYFJ and ACS units to identify and facilitate improvement across the division
  • Build and maintain working relationships within ACS divisions and with external stakeholders
  • Conduct organizational research and data analysis to develop and communicate strategic recommendations
  • Evaluate existing processes and implement improvement using digital tools and technology
  • Analyze data to produce work products including data dashboards, visualizations, and interactive graphics
  • Contribute to business development efforts including identifying grants and preparing proposals
  • Design infographics and visual materials outlining processes, procedures, and training content

Requirements

  • Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • OR High school graduation and six years of experience in community work or community centered activities
  • OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of one year of experience related to the duties described
