Innovation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation and ideation workshops using design thinking methodologies
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify innovation opportunities
• Develop and validate digital proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions and support creative problem-solving
• Research market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business challenges into innovative solutions
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Innovation Management, Design Thinking, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in innovation consulting, design thinking, or digital transformation
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and innovation frameworks
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing innovation projects
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
