About the role
Responsibilities
- Shape and implement the DACH innovation pipeline to drive growth and premiumisation
- Lead innovation projects through the entire lifecycle from initial concept to market launch
- Partner closely with Brand, Commercial, Supply, and Europe Innovation teams
- Drive successful market launches and monitor performance tracking
- Utilize consumer insights and market trends to identify new growth opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a marketing or commercial professional within the FMCG industry
- In-depth expertise in marketing innovation and product commercialization
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities within complex, fast-paced environments
