Innovation Architect

Responsibilities

• Own the solution roadmap for a portfolio of MOST accounts by running structured discovery and mapping customer operating models.
• Architect end-to-end Miro implementations, including workspace governance, access models, and lifecycle management for enterprise scale.
• Lead AI workflow advisory to diagnose collaboration inefficiencies and build automated solutions using Miro's AI capabilities.
• Facilitate executive-level workshops covering Agile planning, design thinking, and strategy.
• Drive adoption through change management, stakeholder alignment, and hands-on coaching.
• Contribute reusable delivery assets such as templates, frameworks, and playbooks to the Professional Services organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years in consulting, change management, Agile transformation, or professional services for enterprise organizations.
• Proven experience leading structured discovery with VP-level stakeholders and translating findings into prioritized plans.
• Deep knowledge of collaboration governance, including workspace architecture and access models.
• Fluency in Miro or comparable platforms such as Figma, Lucid, Confluence, or JIRA.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered workflow optimizations, such as automation or prompt-based workflows.
• Ability to simplify complex technical architecture for non-technical audiences.
