Innovation and Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document functional requirements for business needs
• Manage internal projects and provide regular status reports
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Collaborate with Architecture, Development, and QA teams
• Analyze, create, and update business processes using process diagrams
• Conduct requirement understanding sessions
• Review test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during project releases
• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Informatics, or a related field
• 3 years of professional experience in business or functional analysis
• Strong knowledge of process logic and business process analysis
• Proficiency in BPMN standards (AS-IS and TO-BE diagrams)
• Experience with project lifecycle management
• Technical knowledge of SOAP services
• Proficiency with tools such as Bizagi, Visio, and Microsoft Project
• Intermediate English language skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in process reengineering and continuous improvement proposals
