Innovation and Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis and design for business requirements.
• Automate tasks to support continuous development processes.
• Model and improve processes for mobile and web applications.
• Handle technical configuration for front-end applications.
• Develop database solutions and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Business teams to manage and execute projects.
• Create technical documentation for new and existing developments.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in technical roles.
• Strong expertise in Web Design/Development, GIT, and DevOps.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and software engineering processes.
• Knowledge of Web Services and tools such as SoapUI or Postman.
• Proficiency in Oracle databases and intermediate ANSI SQL.
• Ability to perform requirement analysis (As-is, To-Be, Gap).
• Technical English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in process diagramming and creating sketches or prototypes.
• Strong skills in technical and functional documentation.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage complex stakeholder negotiations.
