Innovation and Transformation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze and structure business requirements into clear functional definitions to facilitate project planning and execution.
• Develop and manage realistic work plans, defining activities, responsibilities, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Model, document, and optimize processes specifically for the development and maintenance of mobile applications.
• Drive the automation of tasks and workflows to enable continuous development and improved project management.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirement gathering and planning through development, implementation, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with user areas and technical teams to manage expectations, risks, and changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in managing, coordinating, or following up on software projects or technological initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or FEL.
• Proficiency in process modeling, documentation, and creating functional schemes, flows, or high-level prototypes.
• Understanding of technical concepts including SOAP/REST web services and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Technical English reading proficiency.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and technological risks.
