Innovation and Project Execution Lead

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate project development strategies aligned with site strategy to support product sourcing management
• Lead impact and feasibility assessments for product changes
• Coordinate required resources, team formation, and implementation timelines
• Develop product launch strategies and prepare high-level timelines for new products and presentations
• Anticipate, identify, and communicate potential issues impacting launches or transfers, proposing contingencies and corrective actions
• Drive process improvement initiatives and support Lean and RFT initiatives
• Ensure the site utilizes harmonized local or global systems effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Science (Pharmacy or Engineering)
• 5-7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with product transfers and new product introduction (NPI)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project Management and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Strong knowledge of Technical Services and Regulatory Compliance
• Proven record of problem-solving, decision-making, and application of process improvement tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coach and guide others
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work as a self-starter and team player
