About the role
Responsibilities
- Study cross-functional activities between Forwarder, Italy, and Product Warehouse to identify synergies and optimize processes for new work organization proposals
- Manage the new model for rebundling activity programming and monitor performance through the implementation of KPIs
- Analyze current shipping processes ("as is") to identify optimization opportunities and develop KPIs for area performance monitoring
Requirements
- Degree (Level I or II) in Management Engineering, Economics, or Computer Science
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, and goal orientation
- Ability to learn quickly, work in a team, and maintain flexibility
