Innovation Academy - Heat Treatment Sequence Optimization Intern

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing heat treatment processes to identify areas for improvement
• Develop a simulation model of the heat treatment line using Digital Twin software (such as Simio)
• Validate the simulation model using real-world data and testing
• Propose process optimizations based on simulation results
• Collaborate with the technical team to implement practical solutions

Requirements

• Degree (in progress or completed) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of heat treatments and industrial production processes
• Experience (including academic projects) with simulation software like Simio or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team
