Inlet Visual Inspector L1

Responsibilities

• Perform pipe visual and dimensional inspection at the beginning of the process to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Ensure all inspection instruments are in good condition, checking for correct functioning and expiration dates
• Carry out pipe unloading and control pipes at the entry point
• Perform pipe straightness visual controls and dimensional inspections
• Interpret technical specifications and identify pipes in accordance with production orders
• Generate quality reports for pipes, notifying relevant parties of any defects found
• Update tracking systems and record all obtained inspection results

Requirements

• High School diploma or 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols
• Understanding of Quality Systems and product inspection skills
• Ability to work a rotation schedule
