Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for procurement at the Malå facility on both operational and strategic levels
• Act as the primary contact for procurement regarding production, logistics, maintenance, and technical departments
• Manage order processing, approvals, returns, and complaints
• Analyze and improve local procurement processes and implement digital tools
• Build, maintain, and follow up on KPI structures and dashboards
• Develop and implement category strategies in collaboration with Group Procurement
• Conduct cost analyses and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses
• Draft, review, and negotiate framework agreements, SLAs, and commercial terms
• Build and develop long-term relationships with suppliers and strategic partners
• Lead negotiations to ensure competitive and sustainable terms

Requirements

• Academic or technical education in business administration, industrial engineering, technology, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in combined operational and strategic procurement
• Documented experience in contract management, strategic sourcing, and supplier development
• Strong understanding of cost structures and procurement economics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Business-level English in speech and writing
• Analytical, structured, and data-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or SQL
• Proficiency in German
