Injection Molding Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up plastic injection molding machines
• Load and monitor injection molding machines during production
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions and disturbances
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks according to instructions
• Monitor maintenance intervals and document all completed work
• Conduct quality control checks according to specified requirements
• Provide technical guidance and support to machine operators

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in plastic injection molding is preferred
• Strong ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• High level of quality awareness and assertiveness
• Willingness to work in shift service
