Injection Molding Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor production plans in coordination with logistics
• Ensure the correct release of parts, plastic injection molding machines, and molds
• Ensure strict compliance with production drawings and quality standards
• Supervise first-level GPQ/QRAP meetings and the completion of production line records
• Manage staff training using the Multiskilling Matrix (ILUO) and handle personnel incidents
• Monitor hourly production rates, productivity calculations, and inventory levels
• Adjust staffing levels based on production priorities and daily absenteeism
• Manage data entry and material tracking within the SAP system

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Proven knowledge of plastic injection molding processes
• Experience working within the automotive industry
• Strong leadership, personnel management, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of production management strategies
