Injectable Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities while adhering to safety protocols like LOTO
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment faults and support root cause analysis (RCA)
• Maintain plant equipment including transformers, generators, substations, and automation systems
• Manage technical documentation, engineering drawings, and maintenance records within SAP systems
• Implement lean practices such as 5S, Kaizen, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Collaborate with vendors to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Monitor equipment performance and identify process abnormalities

Requirements

• Diploma or Graduation in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in engineering maintenance or equipment operation
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with vendor coordination
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory compliance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with automation systems such as PLC, SCADA, or DCS platforms
• Experience in an injectable manufacturing environment, specifically with Autoclaves, Terminal Sterilizers, or Ampoule Filling Lines
• Knowledge of cGMP and batch control systems
• Familiarity with SAP systems
