Inhouse Consultant - Strategic Procurement Excellence

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of strategic procurement processes, governance, and best practices.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives collaborating with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, and BI teams.
• Harmonize procurement KPIs, reporting, and governance across different countries to enable scalable operations.
• Manage strategic procurement transformation and continuous improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Support the development and execution of the Procurement roadmap and key strategic initiatives.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, and decision-making materials for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Procurement Excellence, Procurement Transformation, or Supply Chain.
• Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment (Retail, E-Commerce, or Healthcare preferred).
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with excellent project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in management consulting with a focus on Procurement or Operations.
• Experience with BI tools, ERP systems, or specialized Procurement software.
