Inhouse Consultant - Procurement Excellence

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of strategic procurement processes, governance, and best practices
• Lead cross-functional initiatives collaborating with Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, and BI teams
• Harmonize procurement KPIs, reporting, and governance across different countries to enable scalable operations
• Manage strategic procurement transformation projects from initial concept through to implementation
• Support the development and execution of the Procurement roadmap and key strategic initiatives
• Prepare business cases and decision-making materials for executive stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in Strategic Procurement, Procurement Excellence, or Procurement Transformation
• Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment (Retail, E-Commerce, or Healthcare preferred)
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in both German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in management consulting with a focus on Procurement or Operations
• Experience working with BI, ERP, or specialized Procurement systems
