Inhouse Collection Specialist

Responsibilities

• Segment the collection and customer portfolios based on payment behavior
• Develop, manage, and supervise in-house collection activities
• Design and automate reports to track performance
• Provide statistical information regarding customer contact and engagement
• Ensure proper follow-up with customers within the collections process
• Balance risk mitigation with customer retention through proactive communication

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 years of experience within the Financial Services industry
• Knowledge of financial services regulations, including consumer protection and compliance
• Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Intermediate English proficiency
