Ingénieur Thermicien

Responsibilities

• Evaluate compliance and manage technical and regulatory risks for construction projects from design to delivery.
• Conduct technical interventions in areas including fire safety, HVAC (CVC), smoke extraction, and emergency equipment.
• Ensure energy efficiency compliance according to RT 2012 and RE2020 standards.
• Perform technical diagnostics regarding fire safety and energy performance.
• Provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support business development through client advisory, identifying additional needs, and maintaining client relationships.
• Manage the financial follow-up of assigned missions.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Professional experience in fire safety, building technical installations, or the energy sector.
• Strong organizational skills and rigor in administrative management and mission follow-up.
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship management.
