About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients and sales engineers by phone and on-site, including pre-sales assistance for high-potential projects and after-sales support for technical issues and maintenance
  • Train sales engineers on KEYENCE products and ensure their skill development
  • Lead technical and cross-functional projects to optimize internal company processes
  • Travel to client sites throughout France

Requirements

  • Recent graduate with a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in industrial engineering, electronics, optics, or instrumentation (or equivalent)
  • Valid driving license B and ability to travel to client sites
  • Perfect command of French, both spoken and written
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand diverse technical issues and deliver rapid solutions
  • Pedagogical skills and ability to simplify complex concepts for training purposes
  • Empathy and strong customer service orientation
