About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical interface between engineering and production (internal and outsourced) to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFP).
- Participate in electronic board design reviews and provide feedback based on production experience.
- Create and maintain industrial documentation, including manufacturing flow diagrams, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
- Support technical processes and equipment related to board manufacturing, such as soldering, coating, potting, AOI, SPI, ICT, and X-Ray.
- Manage industrialization for new product lines and existing technologies, including supplier selection and process audits.
- Lead problem-solving activities (8D) and participate in FMEA (AMDEC) processes.
- Conduct technological monitoring of electronic board manufacturing processes and technologies.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in electronics or equivalent industrial experience.
- Several years of successful experience in the industrialization of electronic products.
- Practical knowledge or experience in power electronics.
- Mastery of electronic board manufacturing processes and assembly/integration techniques (soldering, potting, etc.).
- Proficiency in technical English.
- Mastery of the IPC-A-610 standard.
- Strong ability to write technical reports and specifications.
- Proficiency with quality tools such as FMEA, risk analysis, and experimental design.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-620 standards.
