Ingenieur QSE

Responsibilities

• Animate the QSE management system on the Solutions BU
• Update QSE management system documents and support continuous improvement
• Assist in identifying and evaluating professional, chemical, and environmental risks
• Participate in and lead root cause analysis following near-misses or high-potential dangerous situations
• Plan and conduct HSE animations and emergency situation tests
• Ensure QSE action plans are followed in coordination with relevant managers
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate QSE indicators
• Exchange with the HSE relay network in agencies
• Advise and assist operational staff in QSE matters
• Promote a continuous improvement approach through QSE initiatives

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) in Engineering or equivalent in the QHSE field
• Ideally, previous company experience (internship or apprenticeship)
• Autonomous and rigorous
• Strong analytical skills and curiosity
• Organized with a sense of teamwork
