Ingénieur Projet et Support Client

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients and sales engineers by phone and on-site, including pre-sales assistance for high-potential projects and after-sales support for technical issues and maintenance
• Train new technical sales engineers on KEYENCE products and ensure their skill development
• Manage diverse technical and cross-functional projects to optimize internal company processes
• Travel to client sites across France as required

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in industrial engineering, electronics, optics, or instrumentation
• Valid driving license B (required)
• Perfect command of French, both spoken and written
• Analytical mindset with ability to understand diverse technical issues and provide quick solutions
• Pedagogical skills and ability to train new team members
• Empathy and strong customer service orientation
• Curiosity about industrial processes across sectors such as automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical, and food industries
