Ingénieur Production Aéronautique

Responsibilities

• Support industrial growth through production coordination, continuous improvement, and manufacturing engineering
• Optimize industrial performance by ensuring quality, safety, and operational efficiency
• Implement Lean Management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Manage production logistics, including flow management and storage optimization
• Conduct existing process analysis to drive industrialization and quality improvements

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Bac+5 qualification
• Proven experience within the industrial sector (Aeronautics, Automotive, or Railway preferred)
• Proficiency in project management and process analysis
• Knowledge of logistics methodologies such as VSM and flow management
• Technical proficiency in SAP, CATIA, and SOLIDWORKS
• Familiarity with Final Assembly Line (FAL) operations
• Strong leadership, communication skills, and a proactive field-oriented mindset
