Responsibilities

• Manage qualification projects and provide operational support for machining processes of metallic materials for helicopter components (rotor, transmission, and airframe).
• Resolve internal and external non-conformities regarding parts.
• Ensure production continuity and airworthiness during production changes, such as obsolescence or activity transfers.
• Drive continuous improvement through cross-functional teams, corrective actions, and increasing process maturity.
• Contribute to the revision of Airbus Helicopters machining documentation.
• Qualify and monitor suppliers regarding manufacturing processes.
• Perform technological monitoring on machining, drilling, grinding, and super-finishing processes to promote innovation.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in manufacturing processes (machining, drilling, grinding, etc.) and their impact on surface integrity and fatigue life.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Experience in risk and problem management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office.
• Fluency in both French and English (negotiation level).
• Knowledge of CNC programming is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Ability to travel within Europe once or twice a year.
