Ingénieur Point Focal MMH

Responsibilities

• Perform fleet availability analyses and build simulation models to support "Design to operability" concepts in new developments.
• Support decision-making processes using metrics derived from availability simulation activities.
• Implement global MMH (Maintenance Man-Hours) simulation for maintenance Turnaround Time (TAT) analysis.
• Manage simulation activities including planning, customer/partner relationships, prioritization, and budget.
• Coordinate subcontracted activities and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of contractual services.
• Contribute to internal processes such as IPL definition and the elaboration of complex service offers.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in the helicopter maintenance domain.
• Advanced knowledge of reliability and MMH, including strong experience with MMH calculation tools.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in helicopter operations and associated maintenance management.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Advanced level of proficiency in both French and English.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and stock sizing principles.
• Experience in helicopter configuration management.
• Customer-oriented mindset with an economic approach to problem-solving.
