About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the digitalization process of traceability tools within the Remanufacturing service, specifically focusing on digitalizing tracking sheets using IDM4
  • Administer the Déméter tool for recording interventions outside of standard processes
  • Deploy the SIMAP tool to ensure traceability of monitoring plans and calibration chain resources
  • Support Quality Managers in improving and standardizing quality tools and methods based on the Renault APW (Alliance Production Way) standard
  • Simplify and automate quality indicators for The Remakers
  • Drive progress actions in connection with Daily Management Diagnosis (DMD) and Workshop Manager Management Diagnosis (MDCA)

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bac +5 level degree (Master's level)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, macros, etc.)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of transverse project management methods
  • Foundational knowledge of quality management tools and methods (Ishikawa, QC Story, 5P, SMQ, QRQC)
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and teamwork skills
  • Highly organized, rigorous, and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • English proficiency is considered a plus
