Responsibilities

• Propose and implement R&D projects related to innovative manufacturing or measurement processes, specifically focusing on silicon technologies for the watchmaking industry
• Lead cross-functional projects in collaboration with partner services such as R&D, Industrialization, Production, Industrial Logistics, and Quality
• Manage projects in partnership with academic or industrial stakeholders
• Formalize and communicate methodologies and results through technical reports and presentations
• Conduct scientific and technical monitoring of innovative manufacturing processes relevant to watchmaking

Requirements

• HES/EPF Engineer degree in physics, microtechnology, or an equivalent field
• Proven experience in innovative manufacturing and measurement processes, particularly within a cleanroom environment
• Experience in industrial project management
• Strong organizational, planning, and autonomy skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
