About the role
Responsibilities
- Propose and implement R&D projects related to innovative manufacturing or measurement processes, specifically focusing on silicon technologies for the watchmaking industry
- Lead cross-functional projects in collaboration with partner services such as R&D, Industrialization, Production, Industrial Logistics, and Quality
- Manage projects in partnership with academic or industrial stakeholders
- Formalize and communicate methodologies and results through technical reports and presentations
- Conduct scientific and technical monitoring of innovative manufacturing processes relevant to watchmaking
Requirements
- HES/EPF Engineer degree in physics, microtechnology, or an equivalent field
- Proven experience in innovative manufacturing and measurement processes, particularly within a cleanroom environment
- Experience in industrial project management
- Strong organizational, planning, and autonomy skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
