About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the accuracy and optimal exploitation of master data for the Industrialization service, specifically process definition data (article/routing) within the PLM system.
- Support the Industrialization department in the creation and modification of master data.
- Ensure the consistency of the PLM/ERP/MES information system architecture.
- Support the deployment of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) approach.
- Act as a first-level administrator for the PLM system.
- Contribute to data governance and define data management rules and processes for business users.
- Train and coach users on data management processes.
- Contribute to the definition of the PLM model and its interfaces with ERP and MES systems.
- Escalate business evolution requests to other sites and the IT department.
Requirements
- HES Engineer or equivalent degree.
- Proven experience in PLM data management within an industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of PLM, MES, and ERP IT architectures.
- Advanced proficiency in Windchill (PLM) and SAP (ERP).
- Strong skills in business analysis and project management.
- Rigorous, focused, and capable of synthesizing complex information.
- Excellent communication skills with a pedagogical approach to training and coaching others.
