Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transition of new products into production according to the production plan
• Act as the technical lead and guarantor for the relevance of the manufacturing range (tooling and necessary documentation)
• Validate the transition to series production in collaboration with the project team
• Participate in project risk analyses and perform operational assessments of new product approvals
• Ensure coordination between project leads, operational technicians, and scheduling departments
• Represent the sector in new product meetings and manage communication with management (reporting, blockers, etc.)
• Oversee the rigorous monitoring of qualification manufacturing orders in the workshop
• Lead project meetings within the sector

Requirements

• Engineer degree in Microtechnique
• Proven industrial experience
• Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities
• Ability to manage complex flows and maintain perspective on large-scale projects
• Proactive nature with strong analytical and synthesis skills
• Flexibility and reactivity to adapt to evolving projects
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under stress
