Responsibilities

• Define and deliver test procedures, commissioning programs, and necessary tooling based on client requirements.
• Participate in project design reviews prior to the testing phases.
• Write and validate both static and dynamic test instructions, including internal and client-site commissioning instructions.
• Establish quality documentation for clients and define acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with planning and quality teams to build delivery schedules.
• Support clients through to final product acceptance and manage non-conformities with engineering and production departments.
• Monitor project budgets and participate in technology transfers.
• Drive continuous improvement within the testing service and propose EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) improvement actions.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in testing environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to share and transmit knowledge.
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to undertake regular professional travel and missions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the railway industry.
