Ingénieur Maintenabilité et de Soutien Ferroviaire Tramway

Responsibilities

• Optimize maintenance costs and ensure subsystem maintainability for tramway rolling stock projects.
• Analyze client specifications and participate in technical reviews and supplier business awards.
• Build and manage the maintenance tree using ILS PDM tools.
• Produce, monitor, and optimize maintenance plans and Life Cycle Costs (LCC).
• Technically validate supplier documentation and define necessary maintenance tooling.
• Collect and analyze safety requirements and operational reliability constraints.
• Program and perform maintenance demonstrations.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, industrial, and procurement teams, as well as external operators and suppliers.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) or operational maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle development processes or maintenance workflows.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral).
• Ability to work effectively in complex, multicultural, and cross-functional environments.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
