Ingénieur Industrialisation Cartes Électroniques (PCBA)

Responsibilities

• Lead the industrialization of electronic boards (PCBA) for new product developments
• Analyze electronic schematics and participate in PCB routing when necessary
• Define manufacturing processes, validate industrial feasibility, and optimize costs and flows
• Apply DFM, DFT, and DFA principles to ensure manufacturability, testability, and assembly
• Develop and validate test plans including ICT, FCT, and AOI
• Manage technical interfaces between internal teams and EMS subcontractors
• Drive QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives within industrial projects
• Perform defect analysis, implement corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Formalize technical documentation such as industrial plans, manufacturing files, and AMDEC

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and knowledge of PCB routing
• Expertise in industrialization processes, assembly, and manufacturing optimization
• Mastery of DFM, DFT, and DFA methodologies
• Experience with testing protocols including ICT, FCT, and AOI
• Knowledge of industry standards and tools such as IPC, AMDEC, and SPC
• Proficiency in project management and industrial project piloting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills in both French and English
