Responsibilities

• Participate in the management of technical projects including new works, maintenance, and continuous improvement
• Contribute to the optimization of energy, equipment, and infrastructure installations
• Analyze and address complex technical issues
• Monitor technical interventions
• Participate in safety, environment, and CSR initiatives
• Contribute to the monitoring of the site's technical and operational performance
• Support cross-functional project management (organizational, technical, and economic)

Requirements

• Student in a generalist engineering cycle (e.g., CESI)
• Technical background in electrical, mechanical, or energy engineering
• Skills in problem analysis and project management
• Practical sense and interest in field work
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Organized, rigorous, and autonomous
