Ingénieur Exploitation Junior

Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor the successful execution of industrial sanitation and cleaning works
• Participate in cost estimation (chiffrage) and draft operational procedures and intervention documents
• Prepare field operations by defining necessary human, material, and technical resources
• Ensure the smooth running of construction sites and manage small teams
• Develop expertise across management, planning, finance, and commercial aspects of the business
• Act as a technical reference for clients and internal teams following successful integration

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Mechanics, Industry, Process Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Public Works
• First operational experience gained through an internship or apprenticeship
• Valid driving license (Permis B)
• Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work directly in the field
