Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise B2C prospects to identify needs and propose suitable offers
• Present financing solutions such as CPF and France Travail aids
• Handle objections, close sales, and manage client portfolios
• Perform daily reporting and update management tools
• Participate in events and manage social media communication
• Manage candidate files including registrations, summons, ANTS follow-up, and invoicing
• Handle physical and telephone reception, client follow-ups, and cash management
• Prepare financing files and stage entries

Requirements

• Preparing for a 2nd year BTS, Licence, or Bachelor in Commerce, Sales, or Negotiation
• Active listening and strong interpersonal skills
• Rigor and organizational skills to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Adaptability between commercial interviews and administrative tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Pack Office)
• Knowledge of driving license categories and financing mechanisms is a plus
• Availability to work approximately one Saturday every three weeks
