Responsibilities

• Participate in an accelerated training program through structured rotations in different areas of cement plants.
• Execute operational or staff tasks, including analysis and deliverables defined by rotation leaders.
• Document processes, learnings, and opportunities for improvement.
• Identify relevant problems within the operation and design action plans using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to execute improvement or transformation projects.
• Measure and communicate the impact of implemented solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
• Recent graduate or maximum 2 years of professional experience.
• Intermediate to advanced English level (B2 or higher).
• Full-time availability.
• Willingness to relocate upon completion of the program.
• Knowledge of industrial processes, manufacturing, and continuous improvement notions.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and ability to adapt to changing environments.
