Responsibilities

• Perform process audits and manage production line requirements to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.
• Design, coordinate, and maintain tooling for production lines, implementing continuous improvement through poka-yokes and preventive maintenance.
• Execute welding activities using various technologies, analyzing material characteristics, dimensions, and weld types.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment parameters, including electrical power, current, voltage, gas flow, and pressure.
• Define process flows and line layouts using line balancing, time and motion studies, and ergonomics to optimize resources.
• Develop operational manuals and provide training for technical and operating personnel.
• Implement and improve standard work methods and changeover instructions.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Technical knowledge of MIG/MAG, resistance, and projection welding processes.
• Experience operating and manipulating Fanuc and Panasonic robots.
• Proficiency with Automotive Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA.
