Responsibilities

• Execute processes and backups according to the production log and monitor system availability.
• Perform information restoration requests and manage daily operational logs.
• Execute operational closures and monitor processes within the assigned area.
• Report, escalate, and follow up on incidents occurring during process execution.
• Maintain infrastructure availability through appropriate monitoring and administration mechanisms.
• Implement and consolidate infrastructure standards for different entities and projects.
• Participate in software currency, fixes, patching, and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Support the resolution of problems at the process execution level and assist various IT areas.
• Monitor and support incidents by reviewing tool alerts and correlating reported events.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Systems or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in the financial/banking sector.
• Technical knowledge of As400 systems.
• Knowledge of automation systems.
