Responsibilities

• Lead and implement projects to create, integrate, and deploy AI-driven solutions within banking applications and systems.
• Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions to meet organizational needs.
• Manage technical tasks and ensure timely delivery according to established deadlines.
• Coordinate and lead internal or external technical teams.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and changes transparently to stakeholders.
• Negotiate and align expectations between business stakeholders and technical development teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, with a specialization or Master's in AI.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing AI-based solutions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in personnel management and project leadership.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including React and CSS (Atomic Design).
• Strong backend skills with NodeJs, LoopBack 4, TypeScript, and Python.
• Experience with Kubernetes (IKS by IBM) and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of NLP and AI platforms such as IBM WatsonX Assistant.
• Experience with Oracle databases and version control using GitLab.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts (DAST, SAST) and network architecture.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Java 8 and Maven.
• Knowledge of Linux OS commands and WebSphere Application Server.
• Familiarity with SOAP/REST protocols and JSON data exchange.
• Experience with IBM Cloud Logs.
