Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including administering infusions and injections
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and disease management
• Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and referring providers to enhance care coordination
• Support operations including inventory management and prior authorizations
• Work at multiple facilities within the West TN market as needed

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred
• Experience with IV and infusion therapy, specialty biologics, and medication management
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and EHR systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in an ambulatory infusion center or outpatient specialty clinic
