Infusion Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Administer infusion and injection therapies in an outpatient setting
• Conduct patient assessments, document observations, and monitor treatment responses
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations, side effects, and disease management
• Maintain accurate EHR records and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards
• Collaborate with referring providers and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Assist with chart preparation, treatment planning, inventory, and prior authorizations
• Work across multiple facilities within the Houston market as needed

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and EHR systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory compliance
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in an ambulatory infusion center or outpatient specialty clinic
• Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols
