Infusion Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including administering infusions and injections
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and disease management
• Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and referring providers to enhance care coordination
• Assist with inventory management and prior authorizations

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• PALS certification preferred
• Experience with IV and infusion therapy skills
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and EHR systems
• Experience in ambulatory infusion or outpatient specialty clinics is a plus
