Infrastructure Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities to meet contractual maintenance commitments and service level agreements.
• Lead and maintain relationships with local service partners and customers to ensure high satisfaction.
• Coordinate internal resources and manage emergency service efforts and escalation procedures.
• Monitor system availability metrics and provide regular reports and briefings to customers and management.
• Remotely diagnose system failures and facilitate call management as required.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify new opportunities and design system upgrades or improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technology field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT, Networking, or System Maintenance.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, ODBC, and SCOM (Ops Manager).
• Ability to pass a stringent CJIS fingerprint background check for high-security environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Public Safety Applications (CAD, RMS, Mobile, or 911 center equipment).
• Proven track record deploying enterprise hardware and software solutions (HP experience preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving hardware, networks, and third-party components.
