Infrastructure Systems Engineer III

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Siebel IP 17 and above environments.
• Execute Siebel migration and upgrade activities.
• Support high availability production applications using load balancing and clustering.
• Perform Siebel deployment activities including Export, Import, DDL Sync utilities, and SRF compilation.
• Manage Siebel components and application integration with BI Publisher.
• Conduct server performance tuning and application health checks.
• Troubleshoot Siebel server issues using log files and Metalink resources.
• Provide functional and technical support, including 24/7 offshore support for production issues.
• Coordinate with various technical teams to ensure seamless connectivity with third-party interfaces.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Siebel IP 17+ installation and configuration.
• Proven experience with Siebel Migration and Upgrades.
• Strong administration experience within Linux and Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting High Availability production applications.
• Knowledge of Siebel deployment utilities and server manager command line.
• Ability to perform server performance tuning and complex troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Familiarity with Siebel Tools, Siebel Client, and Local DB Extract for developers.
