Infrastructure Strategy Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the development, coordination, and management of strategic direction within the Infrastructure Department
• Ensure alignment with National Aviation Policy, regulatory requirements, and Capital Investment Plans
• Lead and coordinate interface management across strategic infrastructure projects
• Track CEO objectives and departmental goals, reporting monthly progress
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align infrastructure with aviation and transport strategies
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates and briefings to senior management
• Coordinate internal resources, technical teams, and external partners to deliver strategic projects
• Lead the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports for executive-level reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Planning, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in complex infrastructure, transport, or aviation projects within a regulated environment
• Demonstrated experience in a strategic project management role
• Proven track record of effective stakeholder engagement at senior and executive levels
• Experience working across multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of airport or aviation operations
