Infrastructure Software Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the infrastructure software sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Develop and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations of RedHat and Rancher solutions
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitors
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and business development strategies
• Provide feedback to the product management team regarding customer needs and industry trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the infrastructure software market
• Proven experience selling RedHat, Rancher, or similar infrastructure solutions
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, DevOps principles, and containerization technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in RedHat, Rancher, or cloud technologies
• Experience with CRM tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
