Infrastructure Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and own the rollout of edge Kubernetes fleet management, automated server provisioning, and software update pipelines
• Evaluate server hardware and operating systems to define next-generation energy storage platform architecture
• Identify and resolve infrastructure problems including scalability bottlenecks, reliability gaps, and security vulnerabilities
• Build and maintain tooling and services to validate software systems at scale
• Serve as a technical resource through pair programming and hands-on project leadership
• Translate deployment learnings into measurable platform infrastructure improvements

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or site reliability engineering
• Strong grasp of system design principles and distributed systems
• Experience designing and maintaining secure network systems and infrastructure
• Interest in server hardware fundamentals and software-hardware interaction
• Ability to work with ambiguity and prototype solutions iteratively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
