Infrastructure Services Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build, operate, and support server and storage platforms that form the foundation of trading and corporate infrastructure
• Partner with senior engineers to solve complex problems involving performance tuning, automation, and configuration management
• Troubleshoot application, network, and hardware issues across the environment
• Automate tasks and monitoring applications to increase speed and performance
• Evaluate and create new applications and environments to enhance stability and manage risk

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering, or a similar technical major
• 1-3 years of experience working with platform environments (Linux or Windows servers)
• Experience with monitoring or telemetry tools such as Grafana, Nagios, CheckMK, Elk, or Prometheus
• Knowledge of Ansible, nginx, or similar configuration management tools
• Understanding of TCP/IP, kernel-level functionalities, and network card operations
• Exposure to scripting and automation workflows
